Policies and Procedures

By completing this form, you are legally acknowledging to voluntarily participate in this Activity. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this activity, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Group class and private lesson fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds made if you miss a class or private lesson. 

Group Classes

- All new students must sign up online via our website to attend one of our group classes. 

- Any changes/reschedules to your group class reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled group class time for which you have signed up. After this time frame, no changes will be allowed and no refunds will be given.

Private Lessons

  • Any changes/reschedules to your private lesson reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson. 

  • Changes/reschedules requested less than 48 hours before a scheduled private lesson will incur a 50% fee.

  • Changes/reschedules requested on the day of the scheduled lesson will incur a 100% fee.

  • No-shows will incur a 100% fee. This includes pre-paid lessons and/or packages. After 3 no shows, your hourly rate will be doubled if you’d like to continue working with Brielle and Siempre Sol as a private student.

  • We will provide a one-time cancellation/reschedule fee waiver per client, where clients can reschedule/cancel a private lesson less than 48 hours in advance at no additional charge. After this one-time fee waiver, the above policies will apply and no exceptions will be given.

CLASS & PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION: Siempre Sol reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do all we can to conveniently reschedule your class and provide as much advance warning as possible. If Siempre Sol cancels a class, a refund will be given. The same applies to private lessons.
