Introducing Confidently Captured, a private training program with Brielle Friedman for dancers (and womxn!) ready to be seen on camera as their most confident, most beautiful selves.

How It Works

For three months, you’ll work closely with Brielle to create an original dance concept video, starring YOU!

Step 1: You choose the song and the dance style (with Brielle’s help, of course!)

Step 2: You’ll work with Brielle to create an original concept video that both highlights your strengths as a dancer and supports your next level of growth! This process takes place over a series of creative coaching sessions and private dance lessons. Creative coaching sessions are virtual; private dance lessons can take place virtually or in person.

This mix of creative coaching and movement instruction supports you in discovering your inner artist, growing as a dancer, and increasing your ability to express yourself and be seen.

It also gives you an opportunity to perform in a supportive environment and create something you will cherish and be able to share forever.

You’ll be involved in the entire creative process, so the final product will fully reflect you, your style, and your essence as a dancer, artist, and human.

Step 3: Your experience concludes with a professional video shoot as you bring your original concept video to life! Brielle will be with you the entire time, supporting you, directing you, and making sure you are captured on camera as your most confident, most beautiful self.

What’s Included

  • (8) Private Dance Lessons with Brielle (50 minutes each, in-person or online)

  • (1) Hour Professional Video Shoot

  • Professionally Filmed Final Video

  • Video Concept & Styling Consulting (Including wardrobe, hair/makeup, creative vision, lighting, and video direction)

  • Professional Studio Booking & Rental (I’ll take care of all the logistics, so all you have to do is show up on your shoot day ready to be confidently captured!)

  • Personal feedback on practice videos throughout the duration of the program (up to one per week!)

    Investment: $2100 (payment plan available)

The women Confidently Captured below are all real women, just like you! The videos you see below are the FIRST time they ever “performed” for the camera. Each one also had less than a year of dance experience at the time of filming!!

FAQs

  • The final video choreography will be between 20 seconds and 60 seconds, depending on your dance and performance experience at the time you enroll in the program.

  • Confidently Captured is a 3-month commitment. All private lessons must be used during that time frame unless specifically discussed with Brielle at the start of the program. 


    Once you enroll in the program, you’ll set your private lesson training schedule with Brielle as well as your Video Shoot date. Two months into the program, you and Brielle will check-in to make sure you are on track to feel ready and confident for your final Video Shoot Date.

    This intentional program structure supports you, your growth, and your final creative vision.

  • Yes, there’s a payment plan! Please ask Brielle for the details.

  • Reach out to Brielle so the two of you can discuss your specific situation in more detail. The 3-month time commitment and structure works for most dancers, but more time to work with Brielle one-on-one before shooting can be added into your program if you wish!

  • Yes, you can still enroll. This program is not only for dancers! If you’ve never danced before but feel called to create an original concept video and/or be seen on camera as your most radiant, most self-expressed self, reach out to Brielle to learn how the program can be customized for you.
